Responsibilities:
Chairs Local Lodge Meetings
Signs vouchers and cheques
Appoints committees (unless elected)
Enforces Bylaws and the Constitution
Responsibilities:
Chairs Local Lodge meetings when president is absent
Helps keep order at meetings
Becomes President for remainder of term if president is unable to finish term
Assumes the duties of the President in his absence
Responsibilities:
Keeps the minutes at meetings
Presents communications and bills at the meeting
Typically serves as main teller for local lodge elections
Prepares and signs all convention delegate credentials
Responsibilities:
Receives all funds and deposits them in the bank
Makes out and signs cheques
Keeps account of all receipts and disbursements
Makes a financial report at local lodge meeting
Responsibilities:
Ensures people at meeting are entitled to attend
Escorts visitors in and out of lodge meetings
Guards the door of the meeting
Admits only those entitled to attend
Responsibilities:
In charge of all property belonging to the lodge
Make sure the property of the lodge remains intact
Assists in auditing books and signing the reports
